Boston is America’s premier college town and one of its most international cities; it’s also one of the nation’s oldest, first incorporated in 1630. As the region’s hub, Boston is home to nearly 590,000 residents, many institutions of higher education, and numerous cultural and professional sports organizations. This historic city is also future-minded, pursuing new economic opportunities to ensure Boston will emerge as a global leader in the 21st century economy.

The University

Our Boston program is offered on the beautiful 150-acre campus of Tufts University, a private research university known for its internationalism and study abroad programs. Tufts was founded in 1852 and is located in the Medford/Somerville area of Massachusetts, only 5 miles from downtown Boston. It offers the best of both worlds: a safe, suburban campus and fast public transportation access to Boston, the largest college town in the country. Our accommodations at Tufts are in suite style air conditioned units with living room, kitchen, single and double rooms and semi-private bathrooms within the unit.
